Luke's 2nd Birthday Part 2

Luke's 2nd Birthday was celebrated twice. This Train Cake was his 2nd cake! I got the idea from a book called Party Cakes for Kids, put out by Lifetime Distributors.

I have included the directions for making the train for you Leah, as I know Alistair would really love this one for his 3rd Birthday! It was very easy and fun to make. I know you can do it!



Step 1

Cake 1: cut into 2 pieces - 1/3rd and 2/3rds (Engine)
Cake 2: cut into 3 equal pieces. (3 carriages)

Step 2

Hollow out a piece on each carriage as per picture (to put the cargo (lollies) in).

Step 3

Assemble the cake pieces and decorate!
