You decideI'm always keen to try a new recipe. I especially like the ones that are easy and quick. I tried a friend's Leek and Cheese Soup tonight and it was very nice but to me it was like drinking white sauce. I'll give you the directions and you'll see what I mean. Fry 3 leeks in butter until soft. Add 2 tablespoons of flour. Add milk and some grated tasty cheese. So it was yummy but seemed wrong as a soup I think.
